Tuesday - Kingdom Bound Men's Chorus rehearsal - 7:00 p.m.

In 1999, while serving as Director of Music Ministry, Katie Smith was asked to provide music for a District United Methodist Women's meeting to be held at Union Chapel.  The men of the choir had performed a special song during a worship service and it was received so well that we decided to have them sing for the ladies.  After a successful program, the men realized how effective they could be in sharing God's word through music.  After a contest to name the chorus, the Kingdom Bound found themselves not only singing in our worship services, but getting invitations to sing at other churches, a senior citizen residence, nursing homes, Father Martin's Ashley and several community programs.  It has been a wonderful way to share God's word as well as a meaningful fellowship for the men.

As the men continue to grow in their musical abilities, they are now looking for other men to join them in this ministry.  We sing a variety of music and we shine when we sing gospel!  We welcome men from the community to come and join us and share in the fun and fellowship of singing.
